For about a decade I’ve worked in product, across consumer apps and large enterprise platforms, helping teams decide what to build and then get it shipped.
Lately my focus is AI-driven customer experience: products that use automation and language models to make everyday interactions quicker and less frustrating.
I work from data, experimentation, and just enough research. What I care about most is creating clarity and instilling confidence: in the products I help build, and in the teams I build them with.
I’m based in Peoria, Arizona. Outside the day job I’m usually building something small: apps, tools, this site. I like taking things apart to see how they work.

I own the roadmap for a voice and chat platform that carries most of a large company’s customer conversations, and the push to have it resolve more of them on its own.
I replaced a manual internal process with a platform partners run themselves. Most of the busywork, and its cost, went away.
My own iOS app. It records meetings and lectures on device, then turns them into clean transcripts and notes worth keeping. Design, build, and ship are all me.
I put agentic AI to work inside the team’s own delivery process, so less of the day goes to coordination and more goes to building.
